Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.  

The truth is you can't lose weight just by easting low fat foods. Low fat foods have been a  popular trend for years now yet our society keeps becoming more overweight as the years go by.

Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.

You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. Actually eating lower calorie diets will SLOW DOWN your metabolism (your body's fat burning system).
